Summer is a time for family and fun!

From the 19th July and through August we have some summer fun planned around our services, from Garden Games to Picnics and a very special Sunday outing. Here’s what’s coming up:

EVERY SUNDAY

GARDEN GAMES

After our normal 10:30am service, stick around for some outside family fun with our giant Garden Games.


  • Challenge a friend to a game of Connect 4 or Giant Jenga.
  • Compete in our Ping Pong mini-tournaments.
  • Check out your throwing skills with our hoops and bag games.
  • Or just enjoy some time in the sun, catching up with friends, old and new.
SUNDAY 9TH AUGUST

PICNIC & ROUNDERS

It’s our annual church picnic, straight after our service. Bring your picnic hampers with plenty of food to share as we spend some quality time together in our venue’s garden area.

Plus this year - once you’ve digested your food - sign up for our big game of Rounders on the Sports Pitch.

(If the weather is bad - don’t worry we’ll be camping out in our Main Hall and playing Rounders in the Sports Hall).

SUNDAY 23RD AUGUST

MEANWOOD VALLEY WALK

In place of our usual Sunday Service, we’re gathering for a family walk from the School, through Meanwood Valley to Meanwood Valley Farm where kids can enjoy the farm and playground and the adults can enjoy grabbing a coffee or ice cream from The Barn Cafe.

Join us at our usual venue, Leeds City Academy with free parking for the morning.


We’ll be leaving the grounds at 10:30am to walk down into the valley behind the school and return by 1pm. There will be no normal service in the school during this time.

Parking is available at Meanwood Valley Farm for those who might struggle to do the walk. It is an easy walk downhill to the farm area, but returning will require walking up hill.

SUNDAY 30TH AUGUST

SABBATH SUNDAY

For the August Bank Holiday weekend we have no services in Leeds or Online to give all our teams a much deserved break.

Enjoy time with friends and family and we’ll see you back on Sunday 6th September when our services resume as normal.
